MEGA offers all its members access to an employee assistance program (EAP) through AllOne Health, the group’s contracted partner. We offer this program at no cost to members, and all full time employees are eligible, provided the employer has subscribed. The AllOne Health website provides general information about the company, service capability, and descriptions of programs offered. Employees of MEGA members should consult with their respective human resource representative for more details on the program.

As an added benefit to our members, all police and fire personnel are also provided access to the employee assistance program at no additional cost. Although these employees are not covered under MEGA’s workers’ compensation policy, members are encouraged to have them participate in the wide variety of services offered by AllOne Health.
